Unfortunately, scammers are out there. They pretend to be the owner or property manager to try and get you to send your deposit money or rent money to them! They copy legitimate rental property photos and create FAKE rental property listings with their contact info attempting to get you to send them security deposits or rent.

We DO NOT list our rentals on Craigslist. If you see it there, it is a scam and you should report it. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY OR PROVIDE PRIVATE INFORMATION TO THEM!

We will never ask you to wire money! If we ask you to bring us your security deposit, we will have you come to our office at 9911 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY 40223. Payment will need to be in the form of a cashiers check or money order.
